Alfred operates exclusively via the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. No unofficial clients, no scraping, no ToS violations.

Data collected through Alfred and Fovea is processed lawfully, stored with purpose limitation, and deletable on request. We don't sell data.

Every client deployment runs in an isolated environment. Your data is never accessible by other clients, LunaVIs staff, or third-party models.

Defined incident response process with 24h notification for data events. Security patches applied within 48h of disclosure.
