Philippine retail, malls and logistics are heavily covered by CCTV that is only reviewed after an incident. Fovea turns that footage into live counts, dwell times and alerts, processed on-site. Alfred handles WhatsApp enquiries from the customers who use it most: Filipinos working abroad.
Malls sit at the centre of Philippine retail and social life, and mall operators, retailers and logistics hubs already run extensive camera networks. Fovea connects to those cameras over RTSP and turns them into zone counts, dwell times and WhatsApp alerts, with video processed on-site.
Domestically, most Filipino customers message businesses on Facebook Messenger or Viber rather than WhatsApp, and Alfred doesn’t support those channels today. WhatsApp matters most with overseas Filipino workers — many of them in the Gulf, where WhatsApp is the default — and with international clients.
OFWs are a major buyer segment for Philippine property developers, and they message from Dubai or Riyadh time zones. Alfred answers them immediately in English, shares the payment terms you provide and books video tours with your agents.
Count visitors per zone and entrance, measure dwell time at displays and receive an end-of-day report — from the cameras already installed.
Tenant mix and staffing decisions backed by real traffic.
How Fovea works →Set zones on loading bays and perimeters and get an instant WhatsApp alert with context for intrusion or loitering outside operating hours.

How Fovea works →Overseas buyers ask about availability, payment terms and turnover dates from abroad. Alfred answers from the details you provide, qualifies budget and timeline, and books video tours with your agents.

Not today. Alfred runs on WhatsApp Business and Telegram, with Instagram DMs coming soon.
Alfred replies in English. It supports English, Arabic and Urdu natively; Filipino isn’t supported yet, so conversations it can’t handle are escalated to your team with the thread attached.
No. Fovea is software installed on a computer at your site; it connects to your existing IP cameras over RTSP. Our team sets it up remotely using your camera credentials — no site visit and no new hardware.
On your premises. Fovea runs on a computer at your site; footage stays there and LunaVIs never stores it. Only events and analytics metadata are sent to the dashboard.
